If half or more of the event are completed, the event is considered official. Half completed means up to intermission. At that point rain checks will not be issued, and the event will not be made up.
If less than half of the event (half of the total laps) are completed, we will issue rain checks (vouchers) for all purchased tickets in the week following the event.
No monetary refunds
